Oculus Graphic Preferences - Set to 90hz and 1.3 render resolution. In Game - Set it to one below Epic. Asgard's Wrath isn't the best optimised game in the World and it stutters on even the best hardware. You could also try running the game on Medium and changing the render resolution to 1.5 or 1.6x. It’s a stark downgrade from the PC original but it’s probably the best looking Quest game.
