It's weird that the difference is so big in one dlc. Probably because it’s the most visually distinct DLC. It may be aging by now but it still has some of the best scenery. I personally like Italia best but the best scenery in Italy is outside of the highways so a lot of people will miss on that.Just remember you will only see Double trailers in Skandnavian "Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland" and some parts of Germany, they are not allowed by law anywhere else.
