12 years ago. Save. We were just in Cesky Krumlov. Beautiful medieval town. I think it is definitely worth the stop. We were bound from Passau to Prague, but hired a car to detour through Krumlov. There is an excellent guide there who would have plenty to show you, even with the castle closed.
